expansion of Balien Centre Regency, Because Baliem Center is the Red
Line Regional of the Region therefore it needs a serious attention to
the development of local government, provincial and central.
Generally, the objective of the establishment of New Autonomous
Regions of Baliem Centre Regency basically just improving the public
services in order to accelerate the realization of welfare of the
people, besides that the development of means, infrastructure,
education, health, social, cultural, political, economic and security
at the local level said Agus Wenda as one of the Delegation of Papua.
Kamarudin said that the DPD agreed with the division to narrow
control, but the administrative requirements must be completed first
because without completing the administration, there will definitely
issues that are difficult to resolve such as the determination of the
capital if it is not resolved there will be seizure of the capital
region. Moreover, in Papua, there should be a lot area that must be
seperated from its region, compared to Java, Sumatera. Papua Island was
